Romeo Ferraris dives into the fascinating atmosphere of Nautilus 2024

Romeo Ferraris made its second appearance at "Nautilus" for the 2024 edition, an event organized by Motoring Attitude that combines the passion for cars and the love for boats, in particular vintage ones powered by road-going engines. A colorful parterre of both locations and participants: the rendez-vous at Hotel Nautilus hosted over 60 vehicles on the enchanting shores of Lake Lecco, including modern supercars, vintage cars from the glorious '80s and '90s, alongside racing boats that rode the waves of the Lombard lake.

It was the best occasion to recall the history of Romeo Ferraris, which almost by chance took its first steps into the world of powerboat racing, but achieved great results. A partnership full of successes with 18 titles divided between national, European, and world championships, especially in the offshore category. Thanks to the Seatek engine, entirely designed and built by Romeo Ferraris, the company claimed two important victories: the Miami-Nassau-Miami and the first Venice-Montecarlo.

Back to cars, at this edition of Nautilus, Romeo Ferraris brought two models recently added to the Milanese workshop's catalog, perfect for the event's atmosphere and spirit. We are talking about an Electric MOKE, which stood out from the crowd with its bright yellow body, as well as its classic elegance that distinguishes the British brand.

In addition to the MOKE, its English counterpart from Caterham, the 340, the evolution of the 275 in the renowned Seven family has been part of the scene. The previous 1600cc Ford Sigma engine makes way for the 2000cc Ford Duratec, creating a perfect combination of performance and handling thanks to a power-to-weight ratio designed for endless fun.
An event that has reached its third edition, capable of roaring the '80s once again, leaving a visually harmonious impact on anyone who participates.
