VELOS
Romeo Ferraris is ready to write its new chapter in preparing and personalizing road Supercars: Velos is ready to make its debut, the new kit for the Porsche Turbo S, as the company will release it both as a complete package and as single parts. A project that embraces Romeo Ferraris’ style perfectly, starting from the name which means “arrow” in Greek: a symbol that is actually part of the company logo and of the kit, which bases its entire study of aerodynamics, graphics and design on the image.
A Fabulous kit
Velos is the latest result of Romeo Ferraris’ commitment to channeling the valuable experience gained on track during the years as both a team and a manufacturer into its product line. The kit is aimed to enhance the car on two fronts: performance and aesthetics.
SWIFT AS AN ARROW
In terms of performance, the upgrades include modifications to the electronics, larger turbines, a complete exhaust and downpipe system, replacement of the intercooler and installation of high performance carbon fiber air intake system. Altogether, these upgrades achieve an impressive output of 880 HP at 6,900 RPM and a peak torque of 1030 Nm at 3,380 RPM. Romeo Ferraris also refined the suspension, installing high-performance springs and four-way adjustable dampers for extension and compression, with stainless steel mounts. The car will be equipped with Sport Cup 2 Michelin tires, as the company is a longstanding partner of Romeo Ferraris.
Aesthetics ppgrade
The aesthetic upgrades are also impressive, as they aim to elevate the beauty of an already iconic model without being overbearing. New exposed carbon fiber design flow along the entire silhouette, starting with a redesigned hood and front splitter, which extends through the side skirts and air intakes and culminates in a new rear with a spoiler, diffuser and unique exhaust tips.
SIGNEDROMEO FERRARIS
The result is a captivating and aggressive look while preserving the Stuttgart brand’s DNA. The interior has also undergone a significant change, featuring a custom-design pattern by Romeo Ferraris technicians, that adorns seats, panels and can be applied to basically every detail upon request. Ultimately, the wheels are characterized by a design developed by Ferraris suitable for both racing and street models.
