Speaking of diesel engines, when driving the vehicle at a constant pace on highways, a fuel consumption reduction of approximately 8% can be appreciated.

The dynamometer is a fundamental tool for developing new engine management software. For each new engine type, a series of tests are conducted to verify the new operating parameters of the engine and, of course, measure the performance gains before finalizing the version. All of this has a clear purpose: performance and reliability.

The dynamometer used is a 4x4 brake dynamometer with synchronized axles, essential features for effectively testing modern vehicles and replicating the conditions the car is subjected to while in motion.
