Michela Cerruti, Romeo Ferraris Operations Manager
“I am very happy that this year we have also managed to beat the jinx of Budapest, a track where we had never shined much in previous years. In Hungary, we had to work a lot to completely revert the car’s set-up, from wet on Saturday to dry on Sunday. Both Luca and Jean-Karl have been able to extract the best from the Alfa Romeo Giulietta Veloce TCR by Romeo Ferraris, taking also in consideration that Filippi has been the victim of a contact in the first lap and climbed back to mid-grid positions but barred him from the top-10. The next round will be on a track new to everybody, Motorland, while we will continue to work on the Alfa Romeo Giulia ETCR by Romeo Ferraris, whose first images were unveiled last week at the launch of the PURE ETCR”.
