Romeo Ferraris to show three Morgan models at "Auto e Moto d'Epoca Padova" 2022

Romeo Ferraris will be at the 2022 edition of "Auto e Moto d'Epoca Padova", scheduled from October 20 to 23 at Padova Fiere expo. The Opera based company will exhibit three Morgan cars, the famous British brand of which it is the sole dealer for Italy.

To make a throwback in the automobile history, it will be possible to admire up close a 1968 Plus Four TR, powered by a Triumph TR4 engine of 2138 cubic centimeters and prepared with steel crankshaft and flywheel, Carillo connecting rods and rally-type camshaft. It’s the same model that, in 1962, achieved the category victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The model present in Padua, with the ACI Sport CSAI homologation form number 870/P, has an important past in regularity races, having been used in three editions of the Winter Marathon, two of the Gran Premio Nuvolari and two of the Coppa della Favera.

Another model that will be brought to Padua by Romeo Ferraris will be the Super3, heir to the family of three-wheeled cars that Morgan has produced since its foundation. The Super3, in addition to features that are now almost unique in the automotive industry, is capable of remarkable performances thanks to its weight, only 635 kilograms. The three-cylinder in-line engine with Ford origin, capable of 118 horsepower and combined with a 5-speed gearbox, allows the acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h to be completed in 7 seconds. The model on show at "Auto e Moto d'Epoca Padova" is the first to be delivered in Europe. The Super3 is also distinguished by the wide possibilities to customize the bodywork and interiors offered to customers.

The Romeo Ferraris line-up will be completed by the model year 2022 of the Plus Six Bespoke, equipped with a BMW inline 6-cylinder engine of 340 horsepower, which stands out in the Morgan range for the fine interior and exterior finishes and for the accessories designed to enhance comfort on board, without giving up the spirit that made the Malvern based manufacturer cars famous.

Overall, "Auto e Moto d'Epoca Padova" will be a great showcase for Romeo Ferraris’ dealership activity. The event, with more than thirty years of history, has come to establish itself as the largest market for vintage cars and spare parts on a continental level, and as an international event for cars enthusiasts in general, arriving to welcome 130.000 visitors.
