Romeo Ferraris start the second half of the FIA ​​ETCR season at Zolder

Romeo Ferraris embark into the second half of the 2022 season of the FIA ​​ETCR, the championship for fully electric touring cars. The fourth weekend on the calendar, from 8 to 10 July, will see the manufacturer of Opera busy on the historic circuit of Zolder, where Maxime Martin will be the local hero. 

The Belgian is currently the best-placed Romeo Ferraris driver in the overall standings, fourth with 200 points. Also thanks to the third-place finish in Budapest, for what up until this stage of the year was the only podium finish not obtained by rival Cupra. On the other hand, Romeo Ferraris occupies the second position in the constructors' ranking with 382 points. 

For Martin, as well as for teammates Bruno Spengler (182 points), Giovanni Venturini (110) and Luca Filippi (58), the Zolder round will represent an opportunity to renew the hunt for the first seasonal "King of the Weekend" honors and to check the performance progress of the Giulia ETCR, already capable of showing its speed potential with victories in the heats in the previous events. 

The activity on the track will begin with free practice on Friday, followed by Qualifying, Quarter Finals, Semifinals and the two DHL Super Finals on Sunday. As always, the lineup will be split into the "Fast" and "Furious" pools.
