The integration of the ETCR kit on the Giulia ETCR by Romeo Ferraris has been completed. Last weekend, the Italian manufacture staff and technical personnel from WSC, Williams Advanced Engineering and Magelec have completed the preliminary fitting phases that will allow the formal debut of the Giulia ETCR by Romeo Ferraris at the test organized at Vallelunga by WSC. Following the official presentation last November of the car built at Opera, the installation process has been significantly delayed by the pandemic that has hit globally all companies in all sectors including motorsports during the winter. Nevertheless, thanks to the efforts of the Romeo Ferraris team, led by Mario Ferraris, and of WSC and WAE, it has been possible to complete the battery installation, thus allowing the Giulia ETCR by Romeo Ferraris to get rolling for the first time very soon.

Michela Cerruti, Romeo Ferraris Operations Manager
“The successful installation of the battery on the Giulia ETCR completed the long process of designing the car. It hasn’t been easy, as we have faced numerous obstacles of logistical nature, but our crews have performed a perfect job. I am personally quite happy because for a private manufacture like ours, this is a gigantic step and I feel proud of the work and dedication of our staff. In truth, the most challenging part starts now, as we will have to fight again against larger companies who had fewer time constraints. By the way, as we’ve shown in the past, we are aware that we have the competence and the resources to race on a top level and look forward to the forthcoming weeks with great determination”.
